It was amazing. Hundreds and hundreds of people helping to make our community more healthy, more clean, more beautiful. The Rochester Neighborhood Resource Center (RNeighbors) organized and hosted a HUGE tree-planting project last Saturday, May 7th.
I was overwhelmed by the number of people who came out to volunteer their time to help improve the community. It was very heartwarming and joyful and I was so happy to document the day.
Me in the bucket truck. Waaaaaaay cool!!!!

Special items that were burried when the beautiful Kentucky Coffee Tree was planted to honor Mike Podulke. Mike’s wife Stephanie brought these and it was with love that she described their meaning.

Don’t fall in!
